We have the area’s only “On-call 24-hour Emergency Alarm Technician.” If it’s after our normal business hours (Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5pm) and your alarm is malfunctioning and you’re worried about your family or company’s wellbeing, you can call us at 704-563-9288 ext. 110 or also 1-888-213-4703 ext. 110. If we can not fix the problem over the phone, then we will respond to the site.
